These Terms of Service govern your use of the KLC Kennels website and the grooming and boarding services I provide. By booking with me or using this site, you agree to these terms.
I offer dog and cat grooming, walk-in baths, nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, de-shedding, and pet boarding. I will always do my best to care for your pet safely and gently. If I have any concern about your pet's health or comfort, I will let you know.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and let me know in advance if you need to reschedule. For boarding, please share your pet's feeding routine, medications, and any special needs so I can care for them properly.
You agree that your pet is in good health and is not contagious to other animals. I reserve the right to decline or stop a service if a pet is aggressive, ill, or in distress, for the safety of your pet and of me.
Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise. Most grooming is priced by your pet's breed, size, and coat, and I am always glad to give you a quote first.
When you give me your phone number through a form on this site or in person, you agree that I may contact you by phone call and text message about your appointment, your pet, and your service requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect any other service.
I do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your information is used only to serve you and care for your pet.
I care for every pet as if it were my own. To the fullest extent allowed by law, my liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
